By using h4x.si or any software published on it (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Services.

2. Free software, as is

The software published here, including ReACT, is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Prototypes may be incomplete or change without notice.

3. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the software, including following the terms of service and rules of any game, application or online service you use it with. Many games prohibit macros, automation or third-party overlays. We are not liable for account actions, bans, data loss or any other consequences of your use.

Don’t use the software to cheat, to gain an unfair advantage over other players, or for anything unlawful.

4. Accounts

Some software requires signing in with a third-party account such as Google. Keep your account secure. We may suspend access that is used to abuse the Services.

5. Ownership

The software, this website and their content remain our property unless stated otherwise. These Terms don’t grant you rights to our names or branding. Game names and trademarks belong to their owners; our projects are independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, accounts, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
